Sprouting instructions

Growing your own sprouts is easy. They are ready for harvest and consumption when their white roots reach approximately the length of the original grain.

  • Soaking time: 8-10 hours
  • Sprouting time: 4-6 days
  • Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
  • Rinsing: 2-3x daily with clean water
  • Harvest at size: 2.5 - 5 cm

Storage

Always rinse the finished sprouts before consumption. In a sealed container in the refrigerator, they will stay fresh for 1 to 2 weeks. Store the unopened packet of seeds in a dry and cool place.
