Shipping and Payment

 

In our e-shop, we offer the widest range of delivery options for convenient shopping. You can have goods delivered to your home, collect them from one of thousands of pick-up points, or use personal collection at our stores in Prague.

We cooperate with trusted carriers Zásilkovna, PPL, DPD and GLS, who ensure fast, safe and reliable delivery throughout the Czech Republic and to selected European countries. We pack shipments discreetly - without a logo and without text revealing the contents.

Delivery in the Czech Republic

Orders received on working days by 12:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders received later or at the weekend are sent on the following working day. We do not dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.

Delivery to Europe

We deliver to selected EU countries via Zásilkovna (Slovakia) and DHL (other countries).

Personal collection in Prague

You can free of charge collect the goods at one of our two stores in Prague - Hloubětín or Ruzyně. When collecting in person, you can also pay in cash. The exact addresses, opening hours and contacts for each store can be found on the Contacts page.

When will my order arrive?

Orders received on working days by 12:00 are sent the same day. Delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 1-2 working days, to Slovakia 1-2 days, and to other EU countries 2-3 days.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We pack all shipments in neutral packaging without a logo and without text revealing the contents. No one can tell from the outside what is inside.

What if I am not at home when the courier arrives?

Most carriers (PPL, DPD, GLS, DHL) will contact you by SMS or e-mail before delivery and allow you to change the date or address. If the courier does not reach you, delivery will automatically take place on the following working day, or you can collect the shipment at the nearest pick-up point.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been dispatched, yes. Contact us as soon as possible at info@hiseeds.cz or by phone at 775 933 733.

Do you deliver to my country?

We normally deliver to CZ, SK, DE, AT, IT, FR and SI. If you wish to order from another EU country, write to us at info@hiseeds.cz and we will arrange individual delivery terms.
