The aim was to stabilise its best traits into seed form and offer growers a reliable plant with a characteristic terpene profile and high productivity.

Thanks to its genetic base with sativa dominance (60 % sativa / 40 % indica), this strain is characterised by vigorous growth and a structure that brings a number of cultivation advantages.

Growing characteristics and profile

Sour Ripper grows into a classic sativa structure with wider spacing between nodes and sparser foliage. This airy structure is a major advantage – not only does it make the subsequent harvest and trimming easier, but above all it ensures excellent air circulation around the flowers, significantly reducing the risk of mould.

For optimal results, we recommend a shorter vegetative phase of one to two weeks. The plant is adaptable and thrives both indoors and outdoors, where it can fully show its potential.

Flowering time and harvest

Indoors, Sour Ripper will reward you with a bountiful harvest after 65 to 70 days of flowering. This is a highly productive strain that produces dense, compact and resin-coated flowers. Their structure is even an improvement on the original mother plant Sour Diesel.
