Red Velvet Auto is the result of a complex triple cross that combines the modern genetics of Lemon Cherry Gelato, Piña Açaí and Auto Kong #4. The result is this indica-dominant autoflowering variety (60 % Indica / 40 % Sativa), which boasts speed, stability and a first-class terpene profile.
Structure and growing characteristics
This annual plant is characterised by vigorous growth and forms the so-called "chandelier" structure. It develops a powerful central cola, surrounded by numerous side branches. With a height between 120 and 150 cm, it belongs among medium-tall to taller autoflowering varieties. Thanks to its robust genetics, it is highly resistant to mould and humidity, making it a great choice for intermediate growers.
A visual spectacle full of colour and resin
Red Velvet Auto is a true feast for the eyes. It produces dense pinecone-shaped flowers that are literally "super frosty" – covered in a dazzling layer of resin. The plant appears in two main phenotypes: one retains a fresh green colour with mint-blue highlights, while the other surprises you in the late flowering stage with intense, deep purple shades.
Fast life cycle and reliable yields
One of the main advantages of this variety is its lightning-fast life cycle, which lasts approximately 70 days from seed to harvest. When growing indoor, you can expect yields between 400 and 450 g/m². In outdoor conditions, where it thrives in warm and temperate climates, it reaches a harvest of 100 to 125 grams per plant.
Rich terpene profile
The terpene profile, dominated by Myrcene, Limonene and Caryophyllene, creates a rich, creamy and sweet bouquet reminiscent of dessert. Distinct notes of lemon and cherries are anchored in earthy undertones. After proper drying, the profile also reveals a spicy hint of cinnamon and cloves.
