Kalashnikova: The strength of two legends from the 90s
We present Kalashnikova, a feminised strain that is a powerful combination of two of the most famous genetics of the 90s: the legendary AK-47 and the iconic White Widow. The result is a robust hybrid with 80% indica dominance, which carries the best of both worlds – strength, speed and uncompromising resin production.
True to its indica heritage, Kalashnikova grows into a bushy, not very tall plant. It creates a wide structure with a large number of sturdy branches, which is an ideal basis for a future massive harvest.
Terpene profile and flower character
This strain brings a very strong and specific profile that perfectly combines the characteristics of its parents. Its dominant terpenes – Myrcene, α-Pinene and β-Caryophyllene – combine earthy and floral notes from White Widow with a distinctly sweet, fruity and spicy side from AK-47. The result is a unique, sweetly spicy flavour that is strong and lingers for a long time.
The flowers are very dense, irregular in shape and completely covered with a thick layer of frosty white resin – this is the unmistakable signature of its White Widow heritage.
Growing characteristics for maximum harvest
Thanks to its wide and bushy structure, Kalashnikova is an excellent candidate for Sea of Green (SOG) and Screen of Green (SCROG) growing techniques, which will help you fully use its production potential.
When grown indoors, it is ready for harvest after just 8 weeks of flowering. Under optimal conditions, it will reward you with a very high yield of up to 750 grams per square metre.
In outdoor conditions, it is ready for harvest at the end of September, which is great news for growers in our climate zone. It can produce a massive harvest of up to 1000 grams per plant.
