We present Gorilla Frost to you, a premium, indica-dominant hybrid (65 % Indica / 35 % Sativa) that pays tribute to the legendary Gorilla Glue genetics. This strain, developed by the original Dinafem breeding team, was created by crossing elite Gorilla Glue #4 (GG4) S1 with Gorilla Glue #5 with the aim of creating a plant with extreme resin production and a classic “gassy” profile.

Get ready for one of the most resinous annual plants on the market.

Growing characteristics and profile

This strain grows into a vigorous plant with a robust, open and airy structure, characterised by long branches and pronounced spacing between nodes. Although it is suitable for growers of all levels, some experience will help you manage its vigour. It responds very well to various pruning and training techniques, such as LST, FIM and Supercropping, which help control its height and optimise yield.

It is a nutrient-hungry plant and requires high levels of nutrients to reach its full potential. Outdoors, it can stretch to an impressive height of up to 2.5 metres.

Lightning-fast harvest and frosted flowers

Gorilla Frost is a photoperiod strain with a remarkably fast flowering time in indoor conditions, lasting approximately 58 to 63 days. Outdoor growers in the northern hemisphere can look forward to a harvest from the beginning to the middle of October.

This is an XXL-yielding strain. Indoors, you can achieve a massive harvest of up to 550 g/m². Outdoors, under optimal conditions, one plant can produce an incredible 1000 grams. The flowers are large, dense and have a unique “foxtail” structure. However, their most striking feature, which inspired the name “Frost”, is the insane resin production. They are completely covered in a thick, sticky layer of crystalline trichomes, so they look as if they are coated in a layer of hoarfrost, making them an excellent choice for extraction production.

Intense terpene profile

Its defining feature is its intense, complex and penetrating sensory profile, inherited from its Chem and Diesel ancestors. The aroma and flavour are a strong and deep blend of earthy, floral and sour notes, dominated by a classic, potent Diesel or “gassy” character that lingers for a long time.
