We present Dark Phoenix, a feminised strain that is the result of combining two true icons: the famous Californian cut Trainwreck and the legendary Jack Herer. This hybrid with sativa dominance (60%) is intended for growers and connoisseurs looking for an explosion of flavours and a visually stunning plant.
The plant grows to a medium height and, during the first weeks of flowering, is characterised by vigorous growth. It forms strong side branches that grow upwards, creating a beautiful crown effect. However, its biggest attraction is its colouring – the leaves can take on shades from blue to deep black, making it a true gem in any collection.
Terpene profile and character of the flowers
Dark Phoenix offers a true explosion of flavours. Its dominant terpenes – α-Pinene, D-Limonene and α-Humulene – masterfully combine a complex blend of pine, earthy and "haze" notes from Jack Herer with the sharp, lemony spiciness typical of Trainwreck. The result is a powerful and unforgettable sensory experience.
The flowers develop vigorously, quickly joining together and forming long, impressive colas. They have a beautiful sativa structure with a tendency towards so-called "foxtailing", which underlines their exotic appearance.
Growing characteristics for a bountiful harvest
Due to its vital growth, it is recommended to use the topping (pinching) method with this strain, especially in indoor spaces with limited height, so that its growth can be effectively controlled.
When growing indoors, the flowering time is 8–10 weeks. You can expect a medium to high yield of premium, aromatic flowers.
