Chocolate Wafflez: A gourmet experience with a gigantic harvest

Chocolate Wafflez is a unique hybrid from the Californian collection, the result of crossing the award-winning L.A. Amnesia and the delicious Thin Mint GSC. This sativa-dominant strain (70 % Sativa / 30 % Indica) combines the potential for enormous growth and yield with a first-class terpene profile.

Master its sativa growth

This annual plant is characterised by energetic, upward growth. It produces a tall plant with an open structure, a prominent main stem and numerous side branches. Although cultivation is relatively easy, its pronounced stretch during flowering makes it more suitable for growers with some experience, especially indoors, where height control is crucial.

We strongly recommend using training techniques such as SCROG, LST or super-cropping to keep its height under control and maximise light access to the lower branches. The flowers are large, dense and cone-shaped, and often develop purple hues during ripening. Resin production is exceptionally high and covers the flowers with a thick, sticky layer of trichomes.

Extreme yields for ambitious projects

In indoor conditions, Chocolate Wafflez has a flowering time of approximately 65 days. Due to its strong stretch, it is recommended to switch to flowering when the plant is still relatively small (around 30–40 cm). Despite its height, it is a very productive strain capable of producing up to 600 grams per square metre. Without training, it can easily exceed a height of 1.5 metres.

Outdoor, this strain is a true giant, especially in a warm and sunny climate. In the northern hemisphere, harvest is expected at the end of October. Under ideal conditions, plants can reach heights of up to 3 metres and provide an incredible harvest of up to 1500 grams per plant. Its open structure also provides good natural resistance to mould.

Unique terpene profile

The aromatic profile is one of this strain's biggest attractions. It gives off a complex bouquet that blends haze and citrus notes from L.A. Amnesia with the creamy, biscuit-like sweetness of Thin Mint GSC. The dominant aroma is reminiscent of chocolate and mint, complemented by a distinct blackberry undertone and a creamy finish. The primary terpenes are Limonene, Caryophyllene and Humulene.
