We present to you an indica-dominant hybrid (65%), which embodies the union of two worlds: sun-drenched California and the rugged Afghan mountains. By crossing the legendary California Orange Bud with a robust Afghan line (Northern Lights #1 x Hash Plant), a variety was created that is renowned for its speed, easy cultivation and a truly unique gourmet profile.

Genetic legacy of champions

This variety carries a pedigree full of icons. From its Californian mother it takes the unmistakable sweet-and-sour citrus aroma and the characteristic long orange pistils. The Afghan father, Hash Plant, in turn gives it lightning-fast flowering time, a compact structure and deep, earthy tones reminiscent of top-quality hashish.

Morphology: A gem tinted orange

The plant has a robust and compact structure with strong branches. Its flowers form in dense, resinous clusters that tend to "run" along the main stem and branches, effectively filling the gaps between nodes. The most striking feature, however, is the long and dense orange pistils, which after drying dominate so much that the flowers look more orange than green.

Growing characteristics: Speed, ease and discretion

This is an exceptionally easy-to-grow variety, suitable for beginners and experienced growers alike. Its biggest advantage is the extremely short flowering time, just 45 to 50 days. During cultivation, its aroma is also surprisingly subtle, which is especially appreciated by discreet growers. It responds excellently to advanced methods such as SOG, SCROG, Supercropping and Lollipopping.

Aromatic profile: Bitter orange liqueur

After harvest and drying, a rich and delicious aroma develops. It is dominated by a sweet and pungent orange citrus, perfectly balanced by a deep, warm and sharp undertone of hashish. The resulting flavour is complex and resembles a bitter-orange bouquet that lingers on the palate like a fine liqueur or dark chocolate.
