Are you looking for a cultivar that will take yield and resin production to an entirely new level? B-52 is an exceptionally vigorous photoperiod annual plant from the ultra-premium range, created by fusing two genetic champions - B-45 and Tropical Jam. It delivers dynamic vegetative growth, outstanding resilience and unrivalled production potential.
During cultivation, you will appreciate its ability to develop a strong and sturdy framework capable of supporting the weight of massive flowers without difficulty. The plant is characterised by excellent adaptability to advanced canopy-shaping techniques, making it the perfect candidate for maximising production in any growing environment.
Plant structure and response to cultivation techniques
This balanced hybrid combines the slender main stem inherited from B-45 with abundant and vigorous lateral branching from Tropical Jam. The open canopy architecture ensures excellent light penetration and natural airflow through all levels of the crop, significantly reducing the risk of moisture retention.
The plant responds exceptionally well to modern cultivation methods such as SCROG, topping, FIM, main-lining, lollypopping and schwazzing. Thanks to its sturdy stems and high vigour, it tolerates these interventions very well and quickly redirects energy towards the development of the main flower structures.
Flower density and technical cultivation parameters
Indoors, the flowering period lasts 63 to 65 days (approx. 9 weeks), while providing a yield of up to 550 g/m2. Outdoors, harvesting takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October. In open ground and with sufficient sunlight, it reaches a height of 2.5 to 3 metres with an impressive yield of up to 1,500 g per plant.
The ripening flowers are rounded, exceptionally large and rock-hard. Their entire surface, as well as the surrounding leaves, is covered with a dense layer of shimmering glandular trichomes, which will particularly appeal to growers focused on first-class resin properties. Its cultivation is suitable for intermediate and experienced growers alike.
Tropical fruit and fuel terpene profile
The aromatic profile of this variety evokes a rich bowl of fresh exotic fruit. The aroma opens with pronounced notes of juicy blood orange and tart yuzu lemon, which smoothly develop into sweet pineapple and ripe mango. This fruity composition is sharply balanced by a dense chemical base and penetrating notes of raw motor fuel.
